We have recently switched to Virgin and ahead of installation date, we need to cancel with our current provider. Do Virgin do this on our behalf or do we need to get in touch with them?
We have recently switched to Virgin and ahead of installation date, we need to cancel with our current provider. Do Virgin do this on our behalf or do we need to get in touch with them?
You need to place the cancellation request yourself.
VM runs on it's own network and it would be best if you keep your current connection active in case there are any issues/delays with the VM connection. Also it means if yuo aren't happy with the VM broadband you can cancel without any early termination fees within the first 14 days of activation.
