Broadband router move request

I would like my router moved from one upstairs room to an adjacent upstairs room (both outside walls on the same side of the house), as we have relocated our study.  It's something which I explained to a VM engineer who visited us back in May when we were having problems - he said it would be a straightforward job to do and would book it in for me, however I have heard nothing since.  Please could a VM rep get in touch to discuss?  Many thanks.

    There will be a fee of £25. 

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post
