Broadband Issues PO7
For the last week, there has been multiple outages to our broadband / phone / online TV services.
Last Thursday (17th) there was some planned maintenance performed.....10-4, however that over ran to 6pm.....
Trying to access information on what actually is the problem is near on impossible, i have logged for updates multiple days for the issues which the status page say are logged but I've only had one text saying "it's back".......12 hours after the event. As I can't see the incident numbers I guess that VM will classify this as separate incidents therefore jno compensation.......
I did speak to a Neighbour at the weekend and their service has been up and down aswell so don't believe it's a house issue.....
