Broadband Installation problems
Hi I signed up to Virgin in July but as of yet I’m not connected . It started with them signing me up before the work on the telephone poles was complete. Avon Networks installed cable from pole to house but when virgin engineer came to install there was no light from the cable . This work on the poles was completed but no one has been to check . So when a virgin engineer came to the house 3 doors away I got him to check my cable and said everything was fine .So now I have a new installation date for early Sept. but virgin are still saying this work has not been done . I don’t want them to get to installation date and not turn up thinking work hasn’t been done . Trying to explain over the phone is not good all they tell me is the work still needs done .
