Is it possible to have Broadband Fibre and TV without a landline?

In theory, yes. In reality it is not that common to get that combo due to the way VM bundles its services.
If you want one service (say broadband), VM will typically make it chepaer to get broadband and landline.
If you want two services (say broadband and TV), VM will typically make it cheaper to get broadband, TV and landline.
You get the idea!
