Area Reference code

There seem to be a lot of queries from people asking for their area code in order to complete the process of linking the O2 ID to the Virgin Media account. I have the same problem - I signed up in October and have had no email or paperwork giving this information, so I cannot get access to my Virgin account. Please advise my area reference ASAP so I can complete this process. Why can't you publish a full list so people can find the code themselves, or change the form to get people to enter their postcode? It is obviously based on address/postcode. My postcode is C V7 9PP
