Anyone know how to speak to an actual person?

Rang the help number and it’s a robot that says there’s no issues on their side and hangs up. Just installed my hub 5 for wifi and it has the steady white light to say it’s working but won’t connect to any devices. Left it to connect to their network for a few days and it still says no wifi connection. So I need someone to either come out and look at it or be able to explain my problem but can’t get hold of anyone but a robot

    Possibly it’s not been activated: 

    Call Equipment activation on 0800 953 9500

    If that fails:

    Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday

    The call centres are closed today & only faults on the monitored network are being dealt with. No Forum staff here until Friday.

    hi

    is it just wifi you are trying to get working?

    if you plug a laptop into it using an ethernet cable, then open a web browser and go to 192.168.0.1 , login using the details on the bottom of the hub. then check the wifi settings?
