Another GONE AWAY email
Sorry but another post on a GONE AWAY email;
I placed my ordered but the delivery failed as I now know the previous tenant still had an active line/account. This has now been cancelled and disconnected. The VM email stated response within 48hrs (I'm now about 6 days with out a response).
What should I do now? Loads of posts on this but no clear resolution, I can't speak to VM as I have no contract account number, should I order again through the website, will they try and redeliver now existing account has ended??? Should I just go with a different provider as customer service seems completely dreadful already!
