Address not showing in checker

Hello,

My address is not showing in the dropdown when I enter my postcode. Neighbouring properties show up fine. I completed the "Help us find your address" form which said someone would be in touch within 10 days. However, I completed this on the 4th of March which is obviously significantly more than 10 business days ago and no one has been in touch.

There is a medium sized CAT V chamber in the foot path directly outside the property (approx 50x30cm big) and there is only about ~5m of grass in the garden between the footpath where the CAT V chamber is located and the building so I don't imagine it should be difficult to install? 

How can I get someone to take a look at this? Unless there is something non-obvious here then from what I can see it should be a pretty trivial install if I can actually place an order.
