Address not in VM Database

I'm trying to order broadband, but my new build address is not shown. It has been on the Royal Mail database for months.  VM have confirmed that the service is available.  How do I get my address added?

    Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, sorry to hear that we do not currently service your area and this can be down to a number of reasons.
