Wanting to pay off Virgin Mobile contract handset?

I would like to pay off one of my Virgin mobile contracts but can’t see it online or see what the balance is. Could someone help please?

We are so sorry to hear that you are unable to see the balance left on your handset. We cannot assist with payments here on the forums but we do have a dedicated team that handle queries regarding handsets who you can call on table 0345 602 4420. They will be able to assist with both the credit agreement and making payments.
