I had 2 phone contracts with Virgin Mobile and I'm trying to find out if I still have an existing loan agreement with them since the migration to O2. I need the security keys but I can't find them anywhere. Virgin are still taking money off me but I'm not sure it's correct so need to check the loan agreements

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some concerns with loan agreements for handsets you took out via Virgin Mobile. Payments would only be taken whilst there were still repayments to be made - once the loan is cleared, the payments cease.
However, you're of course welcome to take a look via the online account. Have you followed the advice and steps detailed here to access and view your credit agreement?
