Virgin mobile credit agreement

I wish to pay the outstanding balance of my credit agreement with virgin. When I log in to the agreement, I can see my payment breakdown but I cannot press on any of the links on the page as these Web pages don't work. I've tried calling, been passed around and hung up on - help! #creditagreement #contract #virginmobile
