Virgin Media Credit agreement need security code

I am trying to access my credit agreement to pay off the balance with virgin media for my mobile but I need to provide a security code. I have deleted the original emails and all phone numbers I try I cannot reach a person, the options do not apply to what I require. Please help thanks.
