Stuck on password A54
My A54 suddenly is stuck at enter password, which was set so long ago, I can't remember it?! It has never done this before. Is a hard reset the only way to go, if so how is that done? Thank you kind people.

Thanks for your post and welcome back to our community.
Just to clarify for us please, what are you trying to access? If this your My Virgin Media account for example? Or an email account with us?
If it's the phone device itself, you'd need to contact the phone manufacturer please e.g. Samsung.
