Still getting charged from virgin mobile even though contract has ended
From contacting O2 they tell me my contract I initially had with virgin mobile ended on 19/08/23. I still have this mobile number and happy to pay for this. However O2 have been charging me and my wife each for a new sim's we know nothing about. £8.70 payments have been coming out of our accounts. And also two £9.75 payments from Virgin mobile. It's all very confusing. O2 have tried putting me through to a virgin mobile number on two occasions now. Because I was wanting to ask if, I have paid my handset off, why are they still charging me. Is they anyone who can give me some advice.
