Random payment

Hi hoping someone can help,

My partner had a Virgin Mobile account and the sim transferred to O2. They also paid £23.00 a month for a handset and received an email with a final statement to state this had all been paid and the final payment was made on November 2nd.

They've also had a random £51.13 payment come out of their bank on November 6th from 'Virgin media payments' which wasn't made by myself.

Apart from the lease agreement for the handset they don't have any other services under their name - does anyone know how I can escalate this as they're not a customer with Virgin Media anymore and they don't know why they've been billed to their debit card (Not a direct debit). Customer services wouldn't help as they weren't a customer and didn't have an account!

    Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.

    With this being in your partners name we'd need to pass security with the person whom the loan agreement was taken out with.

    As we transferred all Virgin Mobile services over to O2 any remaining loan agreements still sit with us.

    If you can ask your partner to call us again and use this direct number 0345 234 0753 the team will be able to help get this £51.13 payment investigated.
