Proof of Purchase for Beats
Hi,
I received a pair of Beats Flex headphones with my phone and when I’ve approached Apple to replace them, they have not accepted the proof of purchase as it did not have the serial number of the headphones or the receipt number.
i emailed the complaints team who said they would email this but I do not have it, only a generic complaint closed email from someone who called me to “resolve” the complaint.
Is there a way to get this dealt with here?
