Phone bill

  • Rang today due to my  bill asked to have a manger ring me back as I was very un happy with vigan media and the way it was all done and was told no that only way a manager will ring you is if the problem wasn't solved I said I wasn't happy and would like for a manager to ring me  anyone know how I do it 
  • There is so much more the this but thats the main part 
  • It will never happen. Instead raise a formal complaint in writing. Link is below.

      If Virgin operate like O2 then a formal complaint can take weeks ( around 8 in O2s case) during which customer services won't take any further action

We would love to be able to help resolve this issue for you, our agents would first try to help themselves before raising to a manager as they may be able to help resolve this for you without the need to wait to speak to a manager.
