Outstanding Credit agreement

Hoping someone can help as I'm going round the houses here and it's getting rather frustrating to say the least.

Wanting to pay credit agreement or at least see how much I have left to pay but I can't contact anyone who seems to know or understand. My tariff got moved to O2 along with alot of other people by the looks of it but phone was with virgin.

I'd really appreciate some help as I can't login as don't have an account with virgin anymore either, seems very difficult to get hold of anyone just to be able to pay off my agreement. I've been hung up on and got to O2 who told me to go to virgin but all numbers that are on my paperwork no longer work which seems very odd to me.

Please can someone help me so I can get this paid or looked at.

Thank you

  • Hi there Row_101

Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here.

I am so sorry to hear that you have faced an issue with your service and thank you again for posting. Can I just confirm are you referring to your handset loan? If so we are not able to assist with payments here on the forums, but you can speak with our specialist team on 0345 602 4420.

Yes it's the handset loan credit agreement that I want to pay, I was looking for a number to call or to be put in the right direction for help as I've been around the houses too many times and that number you've provided got me nowhere yesterday when I called, no one seemed to know how to help me. I just don't understand why virgin are so difficult to get a hold of now. Thank you for getting back to me
