My Online 02/Virginmedia has been blocked

Can anybody help me?
I up-graded my O2/Virginmedia plan to a SIM and new I-Phone package. However somehow my O2 online account was blocked during the up-grade process, and so I haven't been able to activate the the e-SIM on the new phone. 4 WEEKS LATER, AND DESPITE COUNTLESS CALLS AND EMAILS MY ACCOUNT IS STILL LOCKED!!! the 202 call centre in India is unhelpful, they say just call back in 24 hours. The O2 resolutions Team, is equally useless, they seem to just send out AI generated emails that don't make any sense at all, with no resolution proposed.  And they recommend me to contact the Financial Ombudsman if I'm not happy with the solution that they didn't offer. Any ideas
