I work for a Housing Association in Cardiff. 

Cardiff Community Housing Association

we have a block of Flat called 1-8 Luton house - Cardiff CF24 0ES. Virgin have installed wires to the front of the property and left appx 6meters of a trailing black cable along the entrance which is intertwined with the communal gates. We are concerned that this is a slip trip risk for our residents. Please could this be tidied up/cut back as soon as possible.
