Missed Payments on Credit Report

Hi.

I have 13 missed payments that have appeared on my credit report and have no idea what they are.  9 missed payments are from 2023, and 4 from 2022.

It gives the last for digits of a number as reference, but I can't fathom out what the payments were for as I'm not aware of missing any payments.

How to I find out what they are?
