iphone camera not working but contract still ongoing

HI,

ASK : the iphone needs replacing but the contract is still ongoing, the loan isn't paid off yet. Can I get advise on what my options are? ie can virgin replace it or can i upgrade via O2 etc?

I visited apple repair , the camera and flash not working as it should. Apple support recommended to get a new phone as the cost of repair will be too high.

    Hey glitterdoll, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you are having some camera issues.

    You would need to pay the loan off before upgrading, we can look at repairing it however depending if you have insurance or not there could be a cost to it.
