Handset expiry

I was with Virgin mobile until they transferred everyone to 02. I currently pay my mobile contract ( calls, data etc) to 02 but still pay £37each month to virgin media for my handset.  O2 can't help and Virgin are about as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike. I think the best option would be for me to cancel my DD then meybe they might respond.

    We're sorry you feel this way. We would advise against cancelling the Direct Debit as this won't initiate contact and can mean a late payment will be recorded on your credit history.
