Hand set contract

I am another customer who was moved too 02 but again I cannot get access to information about insurance, or hand set when payments are due to come to an end I’ve found this while moving across a total nightmare and will be moving all my devices to a different mobile provider as soon as I can find the relevant information out please can you help
