Going insane trying to source my contract security key!

Please please please, why did Virgin Media ask people to call O2 to obtain their Virgin Media contract security key!? I have spoken to 5 members of staff and none of them, none of them, have any idea as to the device contract held with Virgin Media! All O2 staff have access to the mobile side of the contract following the switch over. With this in mind, why on earth did Virgin Media ask their customers (who they sold the product to) to ring another company who don’t have that information!?

With this in mind, would some kind soul email me with my security key please🙏🙏🙏

      Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, sorry to see you are facing issues getting your Virgin Mobile security key, this isn't information we have however we can reach out for this for you, we will need to first invite you into a private chat so we can ask security information around your Virgin Mobil contract, please look out for a white envelope.
