Going insane trying to source my contract security key!

Please please please, why did Virgin Media ask people to call O2 to obtain their Virgin Media contract security key!? I have spoken to 5 members of staff and none of them, none of them, have any idea...

    Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, sorry to see you are facing issues getting your Virgin Mobile security key, this isn't information we have however we can reach out for this for you, we will need to first invite you into a private chat so we can ask security information around your Virgin Mobil contract, please look out for a white envelope.
