Dual charges
Hi I'm being charged for virginmedia mobile contract snd from June 2023 also being charged by o2 how fo i claim a refund from birgin mobile i have been unable to call to speak to anyone

Thanks for posting and sorry for any confusion over your mobile payments.
Did you take a out a handset with us? If so, it would be your handset loan with Virgin Media then the SIM tariff with O2, can you confirm?
