Credit Agreement Security Key
I have three outstanding credit agreements for Virgin Mobile hand sets but I no longer have the security keys to access the accounts on line. I have just spent the last three hours on the phone, live chat, whatsapp with 02 and Virgin have gotten nowhere. I have called 0344 809 0202, which is the number given on the credit agreement login page if you no longer have access to the security key but I was told by the agent that they don't have access to that information. Even the text message service 07533016422 is no longer in use which is even suggested on this forum. Is there anyway to have the security keys re-sent without wasting anymore of my time ? Thank you.
