I have been trying for the past week to get details for my contract and when it will end. I have been given numbers which lead to no man's land and just been sent around in circles. Absolute disgrace. O2 Joining has been a shambles as can'tget a straight answer for anything except for when a bill needs paying. All I want to know is when my virgin media handset package contract ends!!!!

Sorry to hear that the information you're searching for has been hard to come by.
When signing up for the handset, you would have been issued with a Security Key, which would have allowed you to access our online portal to gather such information.
Check out the envelope in the top right hand corner, and if we're able to successfully run through data protection, we will be able to have the Security Key sent out to you
