Cannot access virgin account

Hi I cannot gain access to my virgin media app as I would like to see how any more payments I have on my handset as I know have 3 seperate payments coming out for my phone 1. Is 02 for my plan 2. Is to virgin media for the hand set 3. Insurance and ide like to get it all as 1
