Yodel still have my Virgin equipment

I sent my Virgin equipment back via Yodel on 22nd November and it has still not been delivered. I have a tracking number and receipt. Now Virgin are saying I will be charged for the equipment if it is not received by 25th December, yes Christmas Day! Please advise?

I have noticed several other customers with a similar issue!

  • That's festive of VM. I suggest it might be down to ongoing logistical problem with a warehouse VM uses.

    We're sorry to hear there's been a delay with Yodel getting your equipment to us. Due to an incident at a warehouse operated by one of our third-party suppliers, some customers are experiencing delays. We are working with our partner to expedite things as soon as possible.

    Please keep hold of your receipt with the tracking number and allow a further 14 days for the return to be processed. 

    If you've not heard anything back within 14 days, let us know and we can help further.
