Yodel not picking up equipment return
Is anyone else having this problem with Yodel? We cancelled our account after moving to an area of the UK with no Virgin connection. We packed up our equipment in the provided boxes and our local courier (Streamline) picked them up and delivered to their mainland depot in Glasgow. Since then, my husband is getting regular demands from Virgin to return the equipment. Each time, Streamline check, and the packages are still at the Glasgow depot waiting for Yodel to pick them up, despite there being regular Yodel pick ups and deliveries at the depot. We regularly have courier deliveries to and from here with the connection between DHL/UPS/Evri to Streamline working fine. So, is this a Yodel problem, or a 'Yodel refusing to pick up Virgin parcels' problem? Either way, surely the costs of non-delivery shouldn't be on the ex-customers?
