YODEL LOST EQUIPMENT

HI

I have moved over to Sky and returned requested equipment via packaging sent by virgin. I sent back equipment via yodel 22 June but tracking says that Yodel have parcel and being returned, have now started receiving reminder messages from Virgin to return equipment. Contacted Yodel, they have said they've lost the parcel and to contact virgin

    You should get a reply from a VM person on here who may offer to help.

    If you have the tracking number for the item(s) then you have done your bit. If Yodel has lost the parcel then that is a problem between VM and Yodel.

    This is not your problem. If VM chose to use Yodel then it's their risk what happens to the package.
