Wrongly spelled email, left unable to authorise!

Hiya!  New customer here, I signed up for virgin media and have had an engineer out today to complete the install, however, the guy that I signed up with has entered my email wrong (I did wonder why I wasn’t getting VM emails) and now when I try and set up in the app, it sends an email to the wrongly spelled email address, I have called about this and they have said it’s been changed, but 60 minutes later, I still can’t access the app with the right email address. 

Help!

    Sorry to hear of the issues experienced with the email account when signing up, we're happy to help look into this further for you via the forums and welcome to the community.
