We can take a look and hopefully help get this updated for you. It's worth mentioning that your services do need to be active for My VM registration to work successfully. We also can't give out your account number for security reasons, but we can confirm the site ID if needed. You will receive both of these bits of information directly when you are sent your initial bill.
