Wrong Email

Hi hope someone can help. I contacted Virgin to try rectify what the Virgin Rep had done when he set up my account. He entered the wrong spelling of my name that forms part of my email address. When I contacted virgin and spent nearly two hours explaining and amending it still isn't changed the outcome is I cannot create an account any help gratefully accepted.
