Won't be here to get the return package

Hi, 

I cancelled my contract and I am leaving the UK in a few days for a few months, however I was told I had to wait 2 weeks to receive the return package to return the equipment i received.

The equipment is still in its box all intact and I saw in the email that there was a collection team that could collect it.

How do I arrange a collection? Or maybe can I drop it off somewhere? Or can I just return it once I get back in a few months without getting billed for the equipment?

    but make sure you get a receipt which has the tracking number on when you drop it off. That is the only proof you have that you sent it to VM.

    Also worth noting the make, model no. serial no of everything you send back so you can also match that against anything VM claims you have to return to them.

      Welcome to the community forums 

      Sorry to hear of your concerns with returning the equipment. 

      The collection team would call to arrange when they were available in your area, so this wouldn't be suitable if you're leaving in a few days. 

      You can as goslow has already kindly advised, print your own returns label here and then drop at your nearest Yodel collection. Be sure to keep the receipt for you tracking number.
