Just log onto Netflix on a web browser, click on your account, you can cancel it that way, don’t think VM can you it for you

Or do you have Netflix added on to your Virgin Media bill?

Hi, finally understood i have changed netflix plan from premium to standard . standard is included with my vm account. so will not be paying the extra £5 a month
