As Sky are closing down the SD channels, what will happen to Virgin Media customers who just have SD?
They will still have SD - the SD channels on Sky are changing format but are not closing.
The SD channels will no longer be available to residential Sky UK customers but will continue to be available for business and Irish customers. These changes are on the Sky platform only and don't affect Virgin Media.
Bit of a joke tbh. If Sky are no longer broadcasting sports in SD, then Virgin should have to follow suit.
