Why can I no longer sign in online?

 Went to sign in today and was asked for email link , clicked the verify in email and still cannot sign in .

Ridiculous sign in procedure that doesn't work for me. I wish to check my account payments and details and cannot log in online I'm just rejected even with correct account details, area ref etc etc. Says account not found. Who the hell can I get help from.
