When should I receive my account number?

I signed up for broadband over a week ago and got it set up last Friday but I have not received anything stating my account number so I cannot register my account online. 

The only documents I have been emailed were my pre-contract agreement. Should I have been sent a welcome pack?

Any advice would be appreciated.

    Thank you for your post and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.

    I'm sorry to hear you're unable to set up an online account as you don't have the information you need. We do send a welcome pack out and this arrives via email. Have you checked your spam/junk folder to ensure it's not there? It'll also be detailed on any monthly bills.

      Hi Zach,

      I have been checking my junk folders and it still hasn't turned up. Really would like to get setup online soon so I can activate my volt benefits through o2.
