When is a fix coming for the linking of Virgin media to ID

Hi Virgin,

Please this is the second time I’m posting on the forums regarding this issue. I have registered for services to my new property and presently not able to login to manage my services from online or the app due to this linking issue stating that the email information does not match. When is this issue going to be resolved?

    New contract. Virgin Media O2 ID is not linking my account to complete the profile access.. despite my details matching exactly.  Please assist.

      Our fixed and mobile networks are operating as usual today, however we’re aware that a small number of customers are experiencing issues accessing some apps. Our technical teams are working to restore services as soon as possible and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
