When I call customer service they have no info on my account
Hi, since setting up my broadband I have only had partial service, I’ve rang on numerous occasions and keep getting told my account isn’t set up your end and to wait a couple more days. This has been going on since the 24th of last month
i can’t log into my virgin media app/website as it says there is not enough information on the account and I have to ring customer service but when I do I get told the same thing wait a couple of days
