When I call customer service they have no info on my account

Hi, since setting up my broadband I have only had partial service, I’ve rang on numerous occasions and keep getting told my account isn’t set up your end and to wait a couple more days. This has been going on since the 24th of last month

i can’t log into my virgin media app/website as it says there is not enough information on the account and I have to ring customer service but when I do I get told the same thing wait a couple of days

    When you say you've only had partial service, are you able to expand on that a bit?

    Also, just to confirm, have you been able to register for My Virgin Media or is it not even allowing you to get that far?

      Hi yes I’m a air gun enthusiast and I can’t get on any of the websites I use they just won’t load hence the reason I say partial service as I can get on cooking recipe sites 

      I’m registered on the myvirginmedia app yes but it won’t let me log in and if I select forgot password it says there’s not enough information on the account and to ring up
