What is my area ref not got given it

    Sorry to hear that your area reference number is unknown to you.

    Can you please confirm if you have since been able to locate this on your contract, or if this is still required?

    This would simply be a two digit code that would range between 01 and 34.

        Can you please provide your full postcode? Please don't provide your house number, but the post code would be needed for area reference please.
