What is my Account number?

Hi, I am having the same problem. The Provisional installation date was a few days ago and I have heard nothing

      VM stopped offering email address in May 2022 so it is no longer possible to set one up.

    You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them to  check the progress of the provisional installation. They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday.

    Your account number and area number should have been included in any paperwork you were sent.

    If you are wanting the account number to set up your VM account, then often the account  set up can't be completed until your actual services go live.

    It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post.
