Keep getting emails saying that my broadband speed is being upgraded free of charge. Saying it's increasing from 125 to 250. However, i was already on 250 and not 125 and no increase has occurred. I've had zero joy talking to customer services and they think i want to increase my speeds and pay more. It's like talking to cheese.
Be very careful that your discussion with CS hasn't resulted in a new 2 year contract.
