Web offer upgrading broadband
I received an email last month to upgrade my broadband for an extra £4 a month. I accepted the offer and got a reply back saying it would be activated 16th Jan. Nothing has happened so I rang Virgin media to be told there was nothing they could do to help.
I received another email 2 days ago with the same offer. Who do I contact about this?
