Want to return equipment - no return box!
Services cancelled off 26/11/24. Told to return Hub 4, Tv box * 2. No return packaging arrived. Requested it about 2 weeks ago from the online form as per first reminder. Nothing. Got a text a few days ago from VM saying there is a delay in getting the return packaging out... But now received more emails/texts saying I will be charged £225 26/12/24 and that it will take up to 10 days (more due to XMAS?) for the kit to be returned to them after I give to Yodel... and I still don't even have the packaging.
I'm a patient person but this is infuriating to say the least. I want to return the stuff! As soon as the return packaging arrives I will return it all!
Help me! Can someone from VM look into this for me? It now seems impossible that the kit will be returned for sure by 26/12/24 - can something be done to delay the fine? £225 is a lot of money.
